General Terms and Conditions Rovince Exploitatie BV

1. Product Prices
All prices are final prices in Euros including 21% VAT. The prices at the time of the order apply.

2. Shipping and Shipping Costs
We ship to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg, and Italy.

We generally ship with DPD or GLS to your home address or an address of your choice. Delivery to PO boxes or poste restante deliveries is not possible.
The shipping costs are €6.50. If you order more than €40.00, shipping is free

3. Deliveries within Germany
We deliver within Germany free of shipping costs from a goods value of €50.00. For deliveries with a goods value below €50.00, we charge a shipping cost contribution of €4.95 up to 10 kg.

Austria: €7.95
Luxembourg: €10.00
Switzerland: €24.95 (price includes customs fees)
Italy: €18.00

4. Customs and Import Fees
Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, customs or import fees will be charged once the package reaches your country. The fees for customs clearance are your responsibility; we have no influence on these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs regulations vary greatly from country to country. For more information, it is best to contact your local customs office.

5. Delivery Time
We deliver within 1-2 business days upon receipt of the order. If only part of your order is in stock, we will deliver the in-stock items immediately without additional charges, while the rest will be delivered upon availability. Should there be a delay, we will notify you immediately by email.

6. Withdrawal Policy
Consumers can revoke their contractual declaration in writing (e.g., letter, fax, email) within two weeks without stating reasons, or by returning the item. The period begins no sooner than upon receipt of the goods and detailed withdrawal instructions in written form. To observe the withdrawal period, a timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the item is sufficient. You must bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 40 Euros, or if you have not provided consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the item at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits (e.g., interest) possibly derived must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the received goods in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation for the value. This does not apply to the provision of items if the deterioration of the item is exclusively due to their inspection – as it would have been possible in a retail store. Additionally, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for value by not using the item as an owner and refraining from anything that reduces its value. Items capable of being shipped in parcels are to be returned. Non-parcel items will be picked up. You must bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 40 Euros, or if you have not provided consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at a higher price of the item at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Returns are at our risk in any case. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days of sending your withdrawal declaration.

Special Notes
The right of withdrawal does not exist for distance contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable for return due to their nature.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until fully paid.

8. Collection, Processing, and Use of Personal Data
You can visit our site without providing any personal information. Personal data is only collected if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your goods order. We use the data you provide solely for fulfilling and processing your order. You can also view the GTC here at any time. Upon complete execution of the contract and full payment of the purchase price, your data will be blocked for further use and deleted after the expiry of tax and commercial law regulations.

9. Transfer of Personal Data, Credit Check
Your data is transferred to the delivery company responsible for the shipping, as necessary for delivering the goods. To process payments, we forward your payment data to the financial institution commissioned with the payment. No further transfer to third parties occurs.

10. Cookies
Information on the surfing behavior of website visitors is collected and stored on our website (www.rovince.de) for marketing purposes in an anonymized form. This data is stored using cookies, which allows us to analyze surfing behavior in an anonymized form, such as from which city a website visitor comes, what browser type and operating system the website visitor uses, and which pages they have visited on the website. In no case can the obtained data be used to personally identify the visitor to this website. The collected data is only used for improving the offering. Therefore, all IP addresses are shortened, so IP addresses are only processed in an anonymized form. There is no other use or transfer to third parties.
