Prevention is better than cure. This is especially true when it comes to tick bites. If you spend a lot of time in nature, you risk getting bitten by a tick. Did you know that you can prevent a tick bite by wearing Rovince's special and comfortable insect and tick-repellent clothing?

Since 2009, Rovince has been the specialist in tick prevention. Wearing our tick-repellent clothing can prevent a tick bite, something that is no longer a secret to many professionals and enthusiasts who regularly engage in outdoor activities. Our clothing is worn by, among others:

  • Foresters
  • Police officers who perform a lot of fieldwork
  • Fishermen
  • Nature photographers
  • Backpackers
  • Gardeners
  • Road workers (as many ticks are found in the bushes along roadsides)

How Our Clothing Helps Prevent Tick Bites

The non-harmful and skin-friendly coating on our anti-tick clothing prevents ticks from attaching to the clothing. With Rovince's clothing, you can protect yourself from head to toe against ticks. Ticks can no longer reach your skin, thereby preventing a tick bite. In the video below, we explain how our clothing works and protects you against tick bites.

The Benefits of Rovince

We have been developing our tick-repellent clothing for years, and we impregnate the clothing during production with the patented tick-repellent product Zeck-Protec. This provides an impenetrable barrier against ticks throughout the entire lifespan of the clothing. There is no need for re-treatment. With Rovince clothing, you can prevent a tick bite even under challenging professional conditions. Additionally, our clothing is:

  • Equipped with an excellent fit
  • Protective for up to 80 washes
  • Available in many different styles and sizes
  • Protective against other small insects, such as mosquitoes

Tips to Prevent a Tick Bite

The best way to prevent a tick bite is by wearing our impregnated clothing. If you don't frequently enter "tick danger zones," there are still some tips to minimize the chance of a tick bite. By wearing closed shoes, long sleeves, and long trousers, you prevent ticks from gaining direct access to your skin. Preferably wear light-colored clothing, on which ticks are more visible. Exposed skin can be protected by applying a product containing DEET. Also, by staying on walking paths and avoiding tall grass or bushes, you lower the risk of being bitten by a tick.
